Rep. Alexander to meet with residents, talk “Lame duck” period during December office hours

State Rep. Greg Alexander, of Carsonville, is inviting residents to upcoming office hours meetings this month to share questions and priorities with their voice in Lansing.

The trio of meetings will take place at the following times and locations on Friday, Dec. 27 and Monday, Dec. 30:

• Friday, Dec. 27 from 9-10 a.m. at Bad Axe Airport, located at 352 Thompson Road in Bad Axe.

• Friday, Dec. 27 from 11 a.m.-Noon at Sandusky Airport, located at 1213 N. Sandusky Road in Sandusky.

• Monday, Dec. 30 from 9-10 a.m. at Marlette Township Hall, located at 6725 Airport Road in Marlette.

“A lot has played out over the last few weeks with the Lame duck period in the Legislature. As we wind down the current legislative term, I look forward to talking with people about their priorities and answering any questions they may have,” Alexander said. “These conversations allow me to serve as a voice for our communities and hit the ground running when the calendar turns to January.

“I will continue to keep people in our region informed and make sure what matters most to them is heard in Lansing.”
