State Rep. David Martin today invited people in the community to participate in his upcoming local office hours.
Martin will be available from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on March 8 at the Clio Big Boy, located at 4447 W. Vienna Road.
“I thoroughly enjoy meeting with people and learning more about what matters to the families in our community,” said Martin, of Davison. “This is also a great opportunity to ask questions about state government or share your concerns and ideas.”
Martin represents Michigan’s 48th District, which includes the communities of Clio, Davison, Montrose and Otisville, as well as the townships of Davison, Forest, Genesee, Montrose, Richfield, Thetford and Vienna.
Anyone who is unable to attend can share their thoughts or set up a virtual meeting by contacting Martin’s office at (517) 373-7557 or DavidMartin@house.mi.gov.
State Rep. David Martin of Davison (back row, third from right) and other House legislators stand on the state Capitol steps on Thursday, May 13 in support of Michigan workers whose jobs are supported by Enbridge’s Line 5 pipeline. Gov. Gretchen Whitmer this week attempted to revoke the pipeline’s easement through the Straits of Mackinac, putting good Michigan jobs — including many skilled trades jobs — at risk.
State Rep. David Martin and the Michigan House this week approved a measure to help make sure Michigan high school graduates have an opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments with their friends, families and teachers this year.
